Khloe Kardashian’s ex-husband Lamar Odom collapsed at a club in Los Angeles in the early hours of Sunday morning.
In a video obtained by TMZ, the former LA Laker is seen slumping to the floor in a V.I.P. booth as security guards rush to his side.
They are then seen lifting him up and helping him sit on a sofa as he looks dazed but conscious.
The guards are heard asking him: ‘Are you all right, man?’ but there appears to be no response from Lamar.
Two years ago, he overdosed at a brothel in Nevada after a drinks and drugs binge and almost died.
At least two people have died and 17 others were injured after gunmen opened fire outside a nightclub in Fort Myers, Florida. It comes six weeks after a lone gunman shot dead 49 people at a gay nightclub in Orlando, Florida. The venue, Club Blu, was hosting a teen night when the shooting take place, at roughly 12.30am on Monday morning.Terrified youngsters were forced to “dodge cars and bullets” as they sprinted to safety, the mother of one girl who escaped uninjured said.
Fort Myers police said in a statement that they were “seeking to determine a motive” for the shooting, which appears to have been carried out by at least two gunmen. Three of the attackers have already been arrested, they added. There gave no indication as to whether the attack was terror-related.
An attack on a gay nightclub in Orlando, Florida on June 12 left 49 dead in the worst gun massacre in recent US history. Police killed the gunman, Omar Mateen, a 29-year-old US citizen of Afghan origin, after a three-hour standoff. The Islamic State jihadist group claimed responsibility for that attack, calling the Mateen “one of the soldiers of the caliphate.” US authorities have said he was apparently radicalized after watching jihadist propaganda online. That rampage and other recent shootings have renewed debate about gun laws in the United States.
After the incident, the White House denounced the “cowardice” of US senators who failed to pass gun control legislation. President Barack Obama, a Democrat, has repeatedly called for Republicans to realize the cost of their opposition to gun control and spending on mental health and drug treatment.
“We refuse to fund drug treatment and mental health programs. We flood communities with so many guns that it is easier for a teenager to buy a Glock than get his hands on a computer or even a book,” he said at a recent memorial service for five police officers shot in Dallas. Last month, Democratic lawmakers staged a virtually unprecedented 24-hour sit-in in Congress after Republicans refused to allow a vote on two widely supported measures.
A Bolton clubgoer panicked after a photo of him with his ex-girlfriend was posted online. The desperate man contacted Level Nightclub begging them to remove the photo. But instead of removing the pic, the nightclub shared the message on its social media accounts on December 27, and it has since garnered thousands of shares, likes, Rts, and comment lol.
Karrueche Tran has responded to allegations of a racist door policy at celebrity haunt in London, DSTRKT, stating that it was “unfortunate” ahead of her club night.
The model and aspiring actress was billed to host her own club night in the city on Tuesday night, and spoke with BBC Newsbeat on Tuesday about the serious allegations levelled against the club.
“It’s unfortunate to hear about something like that especially something that I’m part of,” she said.
“I’m half African-American too. I have godsisters and family who have darker skin as well. I don’t support any sort of discrimination. I love people for who they are.”
DSTRKT has been described as being racist and too discriminatory.
The posh celeb haunt found itself at the centre of the racism brouhaha after allegedly refusing entry to girls deemed ‘too dark’ and too fat.
On Saturday, 4 women headed for a night out and arrived shortly after 10pm at the club, the girls claim they were told they couldn’t go in because the club was full. However, they noticed that other girls were allowed into the club.
The women say they were told they were declined entry because one of the girls was “too dark” and another was “overweight”.
One of the girls in the group said:
“Manager of DSTRKT stated I and my thinner friend fine but other two girls are too fat and if they are black women or dark skinned they need to be very hot to gain entry.”
Despite calls for Karrueche to boycott the night, the beauty did not say that she would cancel her night.
