Keke Palmer called out Kylie Jenner and her famous siblings for giving in to “extreme” social pressures

Keke Palmer has opened up on the pressure social media places on young girls to be perfect .Speaking to Yahoo Beauty, she gave an example using Kylie Jenner. She said:
‘In the sense of the Kardashians, it’s like I’m going to show you so much perfect and be everything a woman should be or everything a man would like or love,’ she said. ‘And I’m going to be exactly that so you can’t bully me anymore.’

Specifically in the situation with Kylie, where you’ve had a young girl people have seen on television since she was a kid and they literally told her she was so ugly … the ugly person in the family. She went and did apparently everything the world deems as beautiful. The even crazier part is that everybody loves her for it.
What I find interesting is that this is something that is being displayed to my generation — showing young girls, young guys that if you do everything that society wants you to be, not only will you be praised for it but you will make money for it. You can be profitable for not being who you truly are.

I would just say always be real with yourself, because at the end of the day that’s all we got. There’s nothing more important in life than being true to ourselves and being 100 percent loving to ourselves. Putting our feelings [first] and how we wanna feel and do that above what anybody thinks no matter how impossible, selfish, weird, scary. or embarrassing that may seem.
When I realized that, I realized that’s what it means to be confident. Confidence is me making choices that empower me.

Kanye West praises his wife Kim for revealing the truth about Taylor Swift Famous lyrics

Kanye West surprised the crowd at Drake’s concert in Chicago to perform his collaboration with the Canadian rapper, “Pop Style.” West then sang what might just be his most controversial song yet, “Famous.” But before doing so, he addressed all the controversy surrounding the track and threw a little shade at Taylor Swift.

“All I gotta say is, I am so glad my wife has Snapchat, because now y’all can know the truth and can’t nobody talk shit about ‘Ye no more,” West said.
In case you’ve been living under a rock, Ye and Swift are at the root of the Greatest Celebrity Feud of Our Time, spawned by the rapper’s lyrics, “I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex / Why? I made that bitch famous.”

The lyrics are misogynistic and gross in general. But a lot of the contention came after Swift denied having knowledge of the song’s specific lyrics (particularly “that bitch”) when West claimed that he’d actually called the pop star and got her blessing.

Shocking Video: Wannabe rapper shoots himself in the FACE to get famous

An aspiring rapper shoots himself in the face in a bid to launch his music career in this shocking video. Wannabe hip hop artist Kasper Knight posted the horrifying footage on Facebook , seemingly in the hope the clip would go viral . It shows the foolhardy filmmaker press a gun against his cheek and pull the trigger without hesitation, blowing a hole into the side of his face. Holding his cheek, Knight looks at himself in the camera as blood pours out of his mouth.
He says: “I don’t give a f*** about nothing anymore.” Posting the video on Facebook, Knight explained that he originally wanted to perform the stunt for a music video, but no cameraman would film it. He wrote: “So I did it myself since I felt like taking a bullet to the face. “Anyway, this was really nothing. I’ve been shot a couple of time before and this was like a 4 out of 10 on the pain scale after the initial impact. “I look slightly disorientated after the blast. That’s because my ears were ringing in pain. It was hard to focus on sound and although I assumed that I swallowed the bullet I wasn’t quite sure.” He then tells anyone worried about him shooting himself in the face to “deal with it”.

“I don’t give a f*** whether you want me to live or not unless you are paying me MONEY. Your care for my life will never supersede my disregard for it.” He ends by saying he will take questions on his books, music and art “before I am anything important.” The clip has so far been viewed more than 500,000 times – but most of those who watched it blasted Knight for his stupidity.

One viewer wrote: “Why the hell would you WANT to shoot yourself in the damn face?!” while another said: “Why do idiots like this exist on the Internet?”

See the full transcript of Kanye West and Taylor Swift’s conversation over ‘Famous’ track

Following the release of a video by Kim,in which Taylor Swift approved Kanye’s Famous song,a full transcript of the conversation has been obtained by E!. Read below….
Kanye West on the phone with Taylor Swift: ‘You still got the Nashville number?’
Taylor Swift: ‘I still have the Nashville umm area code, but I had to change it.’
Kanye West reads the ‘Famous’ lyric: ‘To all my southside n—-s that know me best, I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex.’
Taylor Swift: ‘I’m like this close to overexposure.’

Kanye West: ‘Oh, well this I think this a really cool thing to have.’
Taylor Swift: ‘I know, I mean it’s like a compliment, kind of.’
Kanye West: ‘All I give a f–k about is you as a person and as a friend, I want things that make you feel good.’
Taylor Swift: ‘That’s sweet.’
Kanye West: ‘I don’t want to do rap that makes people feel bad.’Taylor Swift: ‘Umm, yeah I mean go with whatever line you think is better. It’s obviously very tongue in cheek either way. And I really appreciate you telling me about it, that’s really nice.’ Kanye West: ‘Oh yeah, I just had a responsibility to you as a friend you know, and I mean thanks for being so cool about it.’
Taylor Swift: ‘Aw thanks. Um yeah I really appreciate it, like the heads up is so nice. [inaudible] Even asking or seeing if I would be okay with it and I just really appreciate it. Like I would never expect you to like tell me about a line in one of your songs.’
Kanye West: “It’s pretty crazy.”
Taylor Swift: ‘And then the flowers that you sent me, I like Instagrammed a picture of them and it’s like the most Instagram likes I’ve ever gotten. It was like 2.7’
Kanye West: ‘Relationships are more important than punch lines, ya know?’
Taylor Swift: ‘I don’t think anyone would listen to that and be like that’s a real diss she must be crying. You’ve gotta tell the story the way that it happened to you and the way that you experienced it. You honestly didn’t know who I was before that. It doesn’t matter that I sold 7 million of that album before you did that which is what happened, you didn’t know who I was before that. It’s fine.’
Taylor Swift: ‘I might be in debt, but I can make these things happen. I have the ideas to do it and I create these things and concepts. I’m always going to respect you. I’m really glad that you have the respect to call me and tell me that as a friend about the song. It’s a really cool thing to do and a really good show of friendship so thank you.’
Kanye West: ‘Thank you, too.’
Taylor Swift: ‘And you know, if people ask me about it I think it would be great for me to be like, ‘Look, he called me and told me the line before it came out. Jokes on you guys, We’re fine.’
You guys want to call this a feud; you want to call this throwing shade but right after the song comes out I’m going to be on a Grammys red carpet and they’re going to ask me about it and I’ll be like, ‘He called me.’ It’s awesome that you’re so outspoken about this and be like, ‘Yeah, she does. It made her famous.’ Its more provocative to say ‘might still have sex…’ It’s doesn’t matter to me. There’s not like one [line] that hurts my feelings and one that doesn’t.’
