No reconciliation – Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt ‘deep’ in divorce talk

There were claims last week that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt had called off their divorce after splitting in September 2016.
Sources quickly told DailyMail.com that was not true, and on Tuesday TMZ insisted that the actors are ‘deep’ in divorce negotiations.
It was added that the 42-year-old Oscar winner and the 53-year-old Allied star will never get back together after allegations of abuse over one of their six kids – Maddox, 15; Pax, 13; Shiloh, 11; Zahara, 12; and twins Vivienne and Knox, nine – were made public.
‘Both sides are hashing out both child custody and property settlements, and the divorce is full steam ahead,’ a source told the site.
And a reunion is not going to happen because ‘Angelina made extremely damaging allegations against Brad, claiming he was abusive to their kids,’ added the insider.
In September 2016, there was an alleged ‘altercation’ that involved Brad and Maddox aboard a private jet that was heading from Nice, France to Los Angeles, California; after they landed, Angelina ‘kicked him out,’ according to Vanity Fair.
Brad has since been cleared of any wrongdoing, but that was only after the FBI and DCFS were involved.
They have not been photographed together in a year.
Last week Us Weekly claimed the former power couple have not moved forward with proceedings to end their marriage.

Angelina Jolie goes shopping with her daughter first time, since ‘stalling Brad Pitt divorce’

It’s been claimed she and Brad Pitt have ‘stalled’ their divorce proceedings as they attempt to move on from their bitter split in September 2016.
And beaming Angelina Jolie looked happier than she’s been in months as she was seen shopping with daughter Vivienne, nine, in Los Angeles on Thursday.

The actress, 42, was all smiles as she stepped out for the first time since it was claimed the high-profile divorce was off, strolling along with her youngest girl – who was sporting a Band Aid on her forehead after suffering a bump.

Back on? Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt reportedly put their divorce on hold

A new report by Us Weekly sees multiple sources claiming the former power couple, who had a very public and very bitter split in September 2016, have not moved forward with proceedings to end their marriage.
One insider told the publication: ‘The divorce is off. They haven’t done anything to move it forward in several months and no one thinks they are ever going to.’
The reason given for the stalling of legal proceedings is Brad coming clean about his boozing in an interview with GQ this past May.
A friend of Jolie, 42, told Us Weekly that the commitment to self-improvement has struck a chord with the actress, who reportedly previously claimed she would consider taking Brad back ‘if he showed he was committed to raising a family’.

The source went on to add that Brad had ‘got sober to try and win her back’ and that the move to quit drinking was ‘all she ever wanted’.
Meanwhile, the insider claims: ‘Everyone thinks they are going to get back together.

Mel B set to relocate to the UK’ following bitter divorce from her ex husband

Mel B reportedly wants to relocate to the UK following her bitter divorce battle from ex husband Stephen Belafonte. The former Spice Girl’s split from husband Stephen Belafonte has been a messy affair, comprising abuse allegations, restraining orders and most recently alleged forced payments.

Following all the tribulations, Mel B now reportedly wants to move back to the UK full time to start a fresh break following the divorce.
Speaking to The Sun, a source said: ‘This divorce battle has been exhausting and humiliating for Mel. It has placed a huge strain on her.

‘And she has decided that when the whole thing is finally over, she wants to relocate to the UK so she can start again.’

Mel is reportedly looking for properties around Surrey, while also looking at getting a place in the North where she can be near family.

The explosive divorce battle began back in March, where she claimed her husband got the couples’ nanny Lorraine Gilles pregnant during an affair. Mel has since been forced to pay Stephen £30,500 a month in spousal support, leaving Mel’s mother outraged.

‘I’ve made mistakes’- Terrence Howard talks about finding peace after violet divorce

The 48-year-old actor claims to be such a pacifist now, he will not even pick a flower.
Speaking to People magazine, the Empire star explained how he has gone from two violent marriages to literally refusing to hurt a fly. He has revealed that marrying his third wife has made him a better man and better father. He thinks he will be with his new wife for the rest of their lives. In an exclusive interview with People magazine, the private actor said:

“See what we have, two strapping young men,” he tells PEOPLE while watching his sons Quirin, 22 months, and Hero, 7 months, play poolside in a Southern California backyard. Becoming a dad to Quirin and Hero — his sons with third wife, Mira, whom he married in 2013.

“I was 24 when I started my first batch. I was still becoming a man,” Howard says of being a young father. “I didn’t really put the time in to my kids. I called them every day and they said they saw me more than enough, but I feel like I missed out on a lot of personal time with them. Now I’m more conscious and present this time around.”
According to him, “Consciousness” is a state of being that he and his wife Mira have made a priority for their family.

“He refuses to kill a fly,” Mira, 39, says of Howard. “And we’re trying to teach our kids not to pick flowers.”
“If everyone on this planet just acted like a blade of grass, this would be a beautiful place. A blade of grass only takes what it needs. And if you break it, it doesn’t spend its time cursing you out and trying to hurt you in return, it just keeps growing,” he says. “We all have growing to do.”

Howard has three grown children, Aubrey, 23, Hunter, 21, and Heaven, 19, with his first wife, Lori McCommas.

He was married to Lori from 1994; divorced thrice 2005), then married Michelle Ghent in 2010 and divorced her in 2013. Then married his 3rd wife in the same year.

Mary J. Blige’s ex husband wants $110,000 in monthly spousal support in the former couple’s divorce battle

Mary J. Blige’s estranged husband is demanding $110,000 in monthly spousal support in the latest legal barrage in the former couple’s bitter divorce battle.
Martin ‘Kendu’ Isaacs, 49, believes the R&B singer should cough up so he can continue to live the ‘lavish’ lifestyle he enjoyed before she filed divorce papers.
He wants the Grammy winning songstress to help him pay for expensive meals out, a housekeeper and a $1,000 allowance for new clothes.
Blige, 46, filed for divorce from Isaacs in July last year, citing irreconcilable differences after nearly 13 years of marriage.

In October Isaacs made a similar request for $130,000 in monthly spousal support.
But in the latest paperwork, filed to the Los Angeles Superior Court last week and seen exclusively by DailyMail.com, Isaacs seems to have dropped $20,000 of expenses, cutting requests for help paying $8,000 for a private chef and $3,200 for a personal trainer, as well as other reductions.
The paperwork stated Blige fired her husband, who was her personal manager throughout their marriage, and left him with ‘no source of income’.
And according to the latest documents Isaacs is now seeking court intervention after he says he met with Blige in late February in an attempt to try to settle the case amicably, but nothing was resolved.
In total he’s asking for $110,000 a month in spousal support, a $95,000 contribution to his attorney’s fees and a $52,000 contribution to his forensic accounting fees.
The filing states: ‘Mr. Isaacs was Ms Blige’s personal manager for more than one decade and throughout the entire marriage. Mr. Isaacs has negotiated practically every deal on behalf of Ms. Blige, and based upon Ms Blige’s income over the years, their relationship has been financially lucrative. During the marriage, Mr. Isaacs was compensated 10% of all gross income received by Ms Blige.’
