Kim Kardashian has been criticised for her personal tribute to the victims of the Manchester terror attack that left 22 dead and at least 59 others injured, some with life-changing wounds.
The reality star, like many other celebrities, took to social media to share her thoughts on the situation and initially struck the right chord with a tweet reading: “I can’t imagine the fear and agony these parents must be going through searching for their kids.”
However, she followed that up four hours later with a different tweet that left many raising their eyebrows. “Concerts are supposed to be a place where u can let loose & have fun. So scary to not feel safe in this world. @ arianagrande I love you,” wrote Kim next to the photo
While the tweet was sweet, many of Kim’s fans wondered why she’d picked an image that made her the center of attention, while Ariana was not posing in a particularly flattering angle.
After the backlash with many calling her an attention seeker ,she has since deleted the tweet .
