Randy woman who became pregnant after a steamy three-day sex marathon with a male escort loses legal bid to find out his identity

A WOMAN who became pregnant after a steamy three-day sex marathon with a male escort has lost her legal bid to find out his identity.

A court in Munich rejected the mum’s call to force a hotel to release its guest records to help her track down her son’s father and get him to pay child support money.

The woman met the escort at a hotel in Halle, in the eastern German state of Saxony-Anhalt, seven years ago.

The pair romped for three straight nights before parting ways and losing contact.

But nine months after the raunchy encounter, the woman gave birth to a son.

The woman wanted to find her child’s father but had no way of tracing the man except to ask the hotel for his details.

All she could remember was that he was called Michael and had been staying on the second floor.

But the hotel refused to help her, citing Germany’s privacy laws.

Owners said there were four men with that name staying at the hotel at the time of the baby’s conception, and it would breach all of their privacy to disclose their detail.

The woman had hoped she could convince judges to force the hotel to release the records, but it was revealed this week that her request has been rejected.

Judges decided “the right of the four concerned men to information, self-determination and protection of their marriage and family” outweighs the rights of the plaintiff.

According to them the men have the “right to respect of their private and personal space”.

Judges added that since the woman cannot describe Michael in more detail, there was a danger her request for information would turn out to be “a fishing trip”.

One said: “The first name alone, about which the woman is not even sure, and the floor number are not sufficient for the required information.

“It cannot be with certainty determined if the name is the actual correct name of the concerned person.”
The verdict was reached in October but could only be published this week.
