Chrissy Teigen hits back at online trolls that said her eye-popping Met Gala dress looked like a kid’s ‘crappy arts and craft project’

Not everyone was impressed with the eye-popping Marchesa dress Chrissy Teigen wore when she attended the 2017 Met Gala in New York City on Monday.
One Twitter user wrote that the faintly bizarre outfit, which was spattered with white fabric flowers, was ‘looking like someones kids crappy arts and craft project.’
Not to be outdone, Chrissy, 31, replied: ‘Your beard has right angles, waldo.’

The gown also made her land on several worst-dressed lists, from The Express to Perez Hilton.
Showing off her sculpted legs in the sheer ensemble, which also featured a train, she’d posed alongside her husband John Legend, whom she’d married in 2013.

The 38-year-old singer cut a dashing figure in a tuxedo that teamed an off-white jacket with black slacks and elegantly clashed a black bow-tie with a white shirt.
As the first Monday in May wore on, Chrissy and John were spotted heading to a Met Gala after-party at The Standard, John still wearing the tuxedo from earlier that day.
